Although the process has been noisy, I am writing today to speak on the hard work and professionalism of the crew, in particular, the foreman, Chaz. I used to work with a contractor and have done a lot of manual labor. I know how demanding the work can be. The fact that Chaz and his crew take time out of each day to greet my fiance and that goes a long way. They also address us as sir and ma'am, showing professionalism you don't see enough of these days. The crew works their tails off to the point of exhaustion and i just felt inclined to show my appreciation of their hard work.
