My name is Brian Hunt. I am the current resident of [address removed] Eastwood Trl. Before renting this home, we lived next doorat [address removed] Eastwood Trl for 8 months. Although the process has been noisy, I am writing today to speak on the hard work and professionalism of the crew, in particular, the foreman, Chaz. I used to work with a contractor and have done a lot of manual labor. I know how demanding the work can be. The fact that Chaz and his crew take time out of each day to greet my fiance and that goes a long way. They also address us as sir and ma'am, showing professionalism you don't see enough of these days. The crew works their tails off to the point of exhaustion and i just felt inclined to show my appreciation of their hard work. As a business owner, i would want to know how my employees are doing and I think you should know you have a great employee in Chaz. he is very thorough and today as a crew is cleaning up, I have seen him walk around the house numerous times checking to ensure that each and every aspect of the job has been thoroughly cleaned. My fiance and i own multiple businesses and most often work from home. You can imagine that the constant noise, even from the beginning of the job when we resided next door, has been difficult to deal with. Chaz went out of his way to change locations and worked with our schedule to reduce noise in certain areas of the house, so we could write emails and make phone calls. He would also contact me to ask when it was all right to come in and take pictures as well as communicate to me when he would need our cars out of the garage/driveway. He is a true asset and a man i would certainly hire myself.
